When something within Step One's responsibility needs attention, we take care of it and help coordinate the next step when another provider is involved.
Keep it current.
Business information changes. Within the Managed relationship, Step One handles the appropriate website updates so the site keeps representing the business.
Help make it better.
We pay attention to whether the site is still doing its job and recommend useful improvements when there is a reason to make them. Sometimes the right answer is to leave it alone.
Working together
You know what's changing in the business. We handle the website work.
You keep us current on the facts and decisions only you can make. Step One handles the agreed web responsibility and brings important questions back to you. We scope the work around what the website needs to do and how much responsibility you want Step One to carry—not around an arbitrary page-count package. New jobs outside that scope are discussed separately.
Your choice
Managed is optional.
We can build the site and hand it over, or continue taking care of it through Managed. The details of access, responsibilities, and transition are agreed as part of the engagement.
